If you are interested in participating in the RHS-RCHC Nurse Aide Program “Earn-and-Learn” option, please visit the RHS Careers page and search for “Hospitality Assistant” or contact the Talent Acquisition team at 75. Graduates transition into RHS-LLH Nurse Aide roles upon passing their certification exam and successful orientation. Candidates for the “Earn-and-Learn” option are hired as Hospitality Assistants and paid to complete the RCHC-Nurse Aide program with no tuition cost. In addition to the traditional student model, RCHC has collaborated with Riverside Health System’s Lifelong Health Division to offer an “Earn-and-Learn” option for their Nurse Aide Program.
